Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting iPartment Vietnam via the website, email, or hotline.
If a guest cancels after the free cancellation deadline or fails to arrive (no-show), iPartment Vietnam may charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking value.
For long-term residents or corporate guests, cancellation conditions may vary depending on the contract or booking agreement.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official iPartment Vietnam booking system.
In certain cases, iPartment Vietnam reserves the right to cancel a reservation or terminate the accommodation agreement after notifying the guest, including the following situations:
Guests may request a room change if the apartment experiences technical issues, does not match the description, or does not meet basic accommodation standards.
Room changes will be supported depending on apartment availability at the time of the request.
If guests wish to change to a higher room category, they may be required to pay the price difference.
If the replacement apartment has a lower price, iPartment Vietnam will inform the guest of the appropriate adjustment or solution.
Guests are encouraged to notify iPartment Vietnam of any room change requests as early as possible in order to receive prompt assistance.
